U.S. Chamber represents 34 Nevada Chambers of Commerce, supports more than 3 million businesses across the country
Today, Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03) announced she has received the endorsement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for her record of working with Republicans and Democrats to support businesses of all sizes, cut red tape, invest in infrastructure, and create jobs across Nevada.
“We need policymakers, like Congresswoman Susie Lee, who recognize that our free enterprise system works and enhances the livelihoods of the American people,” said Neil Bradley, Executive Vice President & Chief Policy Officer at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “Congresswoman Lee has been a strong partner in tackling issues that matter to Southern Nevadans, from workforce, to housing, to retail crime, and more, and that’s why we’re excited to announce the U.S. Chamber’s endorsement of Congresswoman Susie Lee for Nevada’s 3rd congressional district.”
“Over the course of my time in Congress, I’ve worked across the aisle for pro-growth, pro-job policies in Washington and southern Nevada. We can achieve so much when our public-private partnerships thrive and when Republicans and Democrats actually work together,” said Susie Lee. “It’s an honor to have earned the endorsement of one of our nation’s most important voices for job creation, economic growth, and small businesses. I’ll keep working to support our local businesses, invest in our community, and create good-paying jobs here in southern Nevada.”
The endorsement was announced at a roundtable Congresswoman Lee hosted with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Vegas Chamber, and representatives from the southern Nevada business community. The discussion focused on the state of Las Vegas’ local economy and what Congresswoman Lee is doing in Washington to combat the Trump Slump southern Nevada is currently experiencing.
Lee has spoken out against the Trump Administration’s reckless trade war that is hurting Las Vegas’ local economy, passed bills helping protect businesses and consumers alike from organized retail crime, and led bipartisan legislation to create jobs and train the next generation of Nevada’s workforce.
On the heels of her record-breaking first quarter fundraising haul, Lee is building a broad coalition of support that includes endorsements from labor unions, women’s health organizations, and public safety groups.
Susie Lee represents Nevada’s Third Congressional District in Congress, where she has been named one of the most bipartisan Members of Congress and one of the most independent voices in Washington.
